Absolutely beautiful. Sherri was a dream to work with during the whole wedding planning process. This venue gives you the best value and is so flexible to make your day perfect. They also work with other local Big Bear Lake vendors (cake, flowers, ect.) to make your day go smoothly and stress-free! There was absolutely nothing to worry about and it was the perfect place to make our Big Bear wedding dream come true.

The pool area was so lively and relaxing to sit by, and the decor throughout the hotel was excellent - it was clear they had hired an expensive decorator to create such an elegant and inviting atmosphere. Our yoga retreat weekend at Chateau Big Bear was absolutely perfect, and we would highly recommend this venue to any other yoga retreat looking for a beautiful and stress-free celebration."
Beautiful and Unique
This venue provides a beautiful and unique outdoor setting. The hotel made sure everything was perfect for me in the days leading up to the wedding; they repainted the arch used in the ceremony as well as the outdoor staircase, planted flowers to make everything look beautiful and most important of all they made sure all my guests were comfortable and content. Sherri was a tremendous help every step of the way and the kitchen staff did an amazing job catering our wedding; even though we had a very specific vegetarian menu. I loved the Moonridge ballroom and all the linens, chairs and decor was set up perfectly for the reception. Everyone stayed until the very end of the night, we even took over Tiffany's Bistro downstairs. I would say that my wedding day could not have been more perfect and I am so very grateful to Sherri and the Chateau Big Bear staff for their job in making my dreams come true!!!
