4:30 pm Intention Setting Meditation & Slow Flow Yoga Practice (Embracing the present moment)
7 pm Welcome Dinner / Reception at Tiffany’s Bistro
Day 2
7-10am Breakfast available
9am Morning Mindful Meditation & Mixed level Flow Yoga Practice
10:30 -1pm Guided Hike at the Alpine Pedal Path Trail & Free time
1pm Lunch Outside (Tiffany’s Chef)
2:30-4:30pm Free time (Spa Treatments, Pool time, Walk down Rathbun Creek Trail)
5pm Yin Yoga Class
7pm Dinner at Captain's Anchorage
